Hacienda Dorotea is located int the Huertos Familiares area, close to Dorotea mountain, a 5 kms. from one of the main touristics southern city, Puerto Natales. Spacious rooms with a unique design offering noble recycled materials from the zone and in a marvelous setting of the Chilean Patagonia countryside.
The main building is a restore antique sheep hide dryer, built in the 70s, this house was built with materials from disassembly of sheds from Riesco Island, all recycled materials. Our main goal is to rescue the Patagonian identity of the old estancias at the end of the world.
